Senior marketers recognize the importance of social networking sites, but still have a lot to learn about them … that’s the conclusion one can draw from a survey of Canadian business and marketing execs. Nearly half of them say the sites are becoming more important than the traditional media … but quite a few also say they know less about them then their customers do. The survey was conducted by Pollara Strategic Insights for com.motion.
