Goldman & Associates has established a new practice that assists with messaging; grassroots programs; political, community, and stakeholder outreach and other related tactics for companies proposing to assume responsibility for public infrastructure facilities. The Public-Private Partnership Projects practice is being launched at the same time that businesses are increasingly finding opportunities to develop and manage facilities such as highways, tunnels and bridges; stadiums; and much more. Municipalities and states, of course, are decreasingly able to pay for the upkeep on these facilities, much less their upgrade and expansion. Legislation such as the Public-Private Transportation Act in Virginia is further opening the door to business for these opportunities. For more information on Goldman’s Public-Private Partnership Project practice, please call Dean Goldman at (757) 625-2518 or (804) 217-8353.
