		<description>Dan was the best ever employer and friend anyone could want.  My years at the agency are treasured.  I miss his laugh, even his sarcasm which was really more dry wit than anything.  He made the shop hum and feel more like a family than anywhere I've worked since.  I would love to read his memoir whenever and if the family makes it available.  Thank you, Dan!</description>
